Magic is the best for birthday parties

So whether you're a seasoned party planner or you're just getting started, read on for all the information you need to throw a party that your child will never forget.

Choose a theme.

Choosing a theme can help you narrow down your choices for decorations, food, and activities. Some popular themes include superheroes, princesses, animals, and cartoons. When choosing a theme, it is important to consider the interests of the birthday child. You also want to make sure that the theme is age-appropriate. For example, a superhero theme might be too exciting for younger children.

Birthday party activities

Set a budget.

Setting a budget will help you stay on track with your spending. Once you know how much you have to spend, you can start making decisions about the size of the party, the location, and the food. It is important to be realistic about your budget and to factor in all the costs, such as food, decorations, entertainment, and party favors.

Send out invitations early.

Sending out invitations early will give your guests plenty of time to RSVP and make plans. Be sure to include all the important details, such as the date, time, location, and dress code. It is also a good idea to include a map or directions to the party location. You can easily create a Facebook or other social media post to share the information if physical invitations are not your thing! Check out programs like "Canva" to create super awesome invites!

Plan some activities.

Planning some activities will help keep your guests entertained. Some ideas include games, crafts, and music. You can also hire a professional entertainer like myself (a magician) to help provide a fun filled and action packed presentation that will keep everyone engaged! When planning activities, it is important to consider the age range of your guests. For example, younger children that are four and younger may be more interested in playing games and not so interested in a magic show, while older children five and

up may enjoy a magician presentation more!

Have fun!

This is the most important tip of all. Make sure your party is something that everyone will enjoy. If you are having fun, your guests will too. So relax, enjoy the party, and let the good times roll!
